  1. (a) Load !YearA
  2. (b) Type Ctrl-R to open the database's PrintRes directory
  3. (c) Copy 'GCSEopts', 'GCSEs' and 'MarkList' into PrintRes

  5. Now drop one of the script files onto the record window. Script3 sends
  6. output to the printer so mke sure it is ready for action.

  8. The column calculations produced by Script2 were achieved by
  9. selecting the appropriate check-boxes in Print=>Numeric fields
  10. before saving the 'GCSEopts' file.
